  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

  • Perfect for: When you’re stocking up on all your favorite series merch!

Note: We ship worldwide! However, please note that we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas and certain parts of Asia. If you have questions about delivery to your location, just reach out to our support team!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We get it – sometimes that Attack on Titan jacket doesn’t fit quite right, or that Cowboy Bebop shirt isn’t what you envisioned. No worries! Our returns process is designed to be as satisfying as your favorite anime series finale!

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Think of it as your cooling-off period after an epic anime battle!

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Beanies (once removed from packaging)
  • Accessories that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as “final sale” or clearance
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive your return:
